I'm not 100% sure what's causing it but I was able to add it for you. Depending on how you were searching for the item, it may not have been appearing if you weren't matching the name of the item exactly (ie expecting it to appear after typing in the first few letters). Either way, you should be all set.
Thanks...I had tried just going to wonderous items and it didn't pull it...then I tried the first couple of letters...then I tried copying and pasting the whole name...I couldn't get it to pull up for any of them lol
Edit: I see it on my character sheet now, but it still doesn't pop up when I go to equipment to try to "add another." Its so weird. When I go to add equipment and I click wonderous items, the first thing that pops up is Bead of Nourishment. I also made a +3 and +4 version of Aaarrrrggggggh! for future levels and they aren't appearing either. I'm trying to also add this onto a barbarian that's a PC in one of my campaigns and I can't get it to appear in the add equipment list of his either.
Just a thought, but when you look at any of your Aaarrrrggggggh! in My Homebrew Creations, click to expand to show the description, is there a button at the bottom that says "Add to Collection", or is it "Remove from Collection"?

Thanks, but that was one of the first things I thought about. They all say "Remove from Collection." I know how this stuff works, I build quite a bit of homebrew and such. I've built multiple wonderous items before that showed up just fine. I have plenty that are in my collection and some that I've removed so my players can't see it in campaigns yet. I get it.
Idk what the issue with these is. I'm thinking its some kind of actual bug.
@GPyromania I assume since you are the moderator, you marked this as resolved. I would definitely argue that it is not resolved. Yes, you added it on to one character, but that's not actually getting it fixed. I need to be able to add it to multiple characters, as well as have it show up to add to my players' characters. On top of that, I have other items I created, doing the same thing.
@GPyronmania Okay, now I would like to say, I'm not sure if you or someone else did something to actually fix it, or if it was just a situation where it needed even extra extra time to populate, but all of my Aaarrrrggggggh! items are now showing up on my characters and my players characters. So, yes, I think at least now, for the instance surrounding Aaarrrrggggggh!, they are fixed. Still not sure if I did something weird with them that is causing the delay in them showing up, or if it was just DDB needing close to 24 hours to finally get them pushed from my homebrew to my characters. Either way, here's to hoping that I don't run across this in the future. And yes, I do believe, at least for now, the issue is actually Resolved. Sorry, for waffling back and forth with it. Cheers. :D
Yeah, sometimes you need to "refresh" a character sheet by raising the character up a level then back down, so that DDB does a check for all their features and items. Apparently it also works to change a character's subclass and back, but if your normal subclass involves a lot of choices (like all the spells for my Arcane Trickster), that's not as great an option as a quick level-bump.

I createdd a homebrew "Clothing, Fine (Black Corset Dress)" item and made it a green label uncommon rarity by mistake, tried to edit it to a common rarity and checked DDB app. Still shows as green rarity. Deleted the item and rechecked in DDB, green version still there. Created new common version, rechecked the app, still green rarity. Why?!?!?! 😡

What is listed on your character sheet may not update, especially on the app, if you've edited the homebrew. You'll want to remove the old item from your sheet and re add it.
How do I do that? Im still kinda new to the website/app.
Update: in the app under "add item" it shows green label, f*** it went and added to inventory, inventory list displays as common rarity while the add item option still shows green afterwards. I'm so f-ing confused.
https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/3268147-aaarrrrggggggh-2 ---- This is not showing up when I search in my character to add equipment.
Yes, I gave it time to push through. Its been over 15 hours since I made it.
Yes, my character has homebrew options checked.
No, the item doesn't require any kind of attunement and yes, my character would be proficient since its just a wonderous item.
Character I'm trying to put it on... I don't know what link you need to determine a fix.
