I'm creating a 14th level fighter in the character builder and the shield master feat is not showing up in the list of available feats. I own the players handbook and all the other feats from the players handbook are showing up. Not sure what the problem is. Anyone have any ideas?
Is it possible that the character already has the Shield Master feat? From the race, say, if a Variant Human. Check the Features & Traits section of the character sheet and see if it shows up there.
