So recently I started a campaign with 6 players, however, 3 of them are experiencing major issues in joining the campaign I opened. No matter how I send them the link, or how they enter it, they're met with an endless loading from their browsers and have not been able to join. This throws a major wrench in things since I can't add homebrew loot to their inventories.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem, and is there a known fix for this?
As DxJxC suggests, try resetting the link and sending them the new link. They can also try the following steps:
1 ) Log out and back in, then trying the link again.
2 ) Clearing their cache and cookies, then trying the link again.
3 ) If they are running any browser extensions, disabling them (or opening a private browsing session) to see if it loads without the extensions (an extension could cause a problem).
4 ) Clearing the cache of their router and trying the link again.
Hey all,

Try resetting invite link and sending them the new one.

4 ) Clearing the cache of their router and trying the link again.
If none of these steps are effective, I would recommend opening a ticket with support.
This worked thank you
