Hemocraft DC doesn't change from INT to WIS

Hello, given the new options for blood hunter I made a hunter that will rely more on Wisdom rather than Intelligence, however the blood curse of binding does not calculate the correct DC for the Strength save.

I tested it on another Hunter, this one a profaned soul and on Intelligence it calculates correctly, but on Wisdom it ignores the modifier.
