Have the source book Tasha's Cauldron of everything, however, the optional cleric spells do not appear as an option when managing the spell list. For example, Aura of Vitality is not available at Level 3. Also, on the home the optional option is enabled. Anything I am missing?
First, ensure that you have not only enabled Optional Class Features on the character sheet, but then under the Optional Feature Manager on the Class page of the Character Builder, have enabled Additional Cleric Spells.
Second, it's possible there may have been some confusion: aura of vitality is a 3rd-level spell, not available for 3rd-level clerics (see the distinction here under the cleric Optional Class Features).

Thank you. Missed the Optional Feature Manager on the Class page. That fixed it!
