There is no way to assign a weapon your combat mastery for the Illrigger class if you choose Lies which allows you to use your CHA modifier for the attack and damage. The only way I can see to do this currently would be to homebrew modify your weapon on the fly (which I personally don't know how to do but my DM does). Am I missing something or is the ability actually missing?
That feature isn’t currently supported. I’d recommend customizing your chosen weapon by clicking it, then opening the Customize section in the sidebar.

Nope. They are radio silent, probably forgot about it already.
