The Medals of Merit from the Critical Role: Call of the Netherdeep adventure book are not in the dropdown list as options for the Artificer's level 2 Replicate Magic Item ability.
These are Common magical items, and should appear in the Replicate Magic Items ability dropdown from level 2.

If the Medals of Merit still aren't showing up for you, remember that Critical Role Content must be turned on in the Sources for that character (picture for reference).
