Any time I try to add the spell Teleportation Circle to an item it does not link to, or appear on, the character's spell page. Every other spell I have tried this with shows up properly and I cant figure out why Teleportation Circle cant be added to a character through items?

Does the character have another item that gives them Teleportation Circle?
There's a bug going on where different magic items that give the same spell will only show the spell on the "oldest" item.
