They may be talking about on the spells page/the individual page for the spell. Other subclasses like Oath of Vengeance and Oath of Glory are listed, but Horizon Walker is not. Subclasses have not been comprehensively added to the spell pages, OP. This is known and if it's on the to-correct list, is probably very low on the priority list.
