Annoying Paypal/State Bug

Environment:

Windows 10/Firefox

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to checkout

Fill out address

Click to use same billing/residence address

Select Paypal and click Paypal button

Authorize Paypal on popup

Expected Result:

Address is the same

Actual Result:

Everything is kept the same except for the address/state box which is cleared out.

This is a really annoying bug which I find myself constantly running into.

I have the same problem in Safari with MacOS, I cannot finish my orders.
