In my campaign, my Dragonborn received an Orb of shielding (Fire), but when I go to add the Item it wont add to equipment or to my backpack. Im wondering if its just a bug or something blocking me from getting it.
Any advice will be appreciated.

He is a gold Dragonborn, so he has fire resistance already, and his sheet is here on D&Dbeyond.

Is that content being shared with you, or do you own it? If it's being shared, have whoever's doing the sharing confirm that their subscription is up to date and then try turning sharing off and on again.

Hmm, I think actually it's showing all items in the inventory search, regardless of whether or not you own the source. I was testing it on a character that I thought was in a campaign, but that campaign has been removed. Double check that you own the content in question. Go here, and check under Current Product Licenses to make sure you own WGtE on the account that character sheet is on, or some sub-part of that book that would contain the item. If not, and you're sure you bought it, you can try and figure out if you have another account with a different login. But if there's no content sharing and you don't own it, then that's why you can't add it. I'm pretty sure it used to be that you couldn't see anything you couldn't add, but I've been sharing with someone who has the Legendary Bundle, so I always see everything.
