D&D Beyond isn’t answering my customer support email, so I guess I’ll just put it here. I recently had to get a new debit card, so when the auto renewal came up for my subscription, it obviously didn’t go through so my membership ended. I clicked to renew it but I just keep getting taken to a page saying “Payment couldn’t be completed, you will lose all your membership benefits.” There’s nowhere to update my payment method! How am I supposed to renew my subscription???
