Since I have not purchased the PhB yet as I'm trying out the service, I am aware I should only have access to the Grappler feat (and any homebrew I created). In several cases, that's what happens.
But in several situations I get access to a set of other feats from dropdowns and don't have access to my homebrew feats. I believe all of these cases relate to the "add a modifier" page. For instance:
Create Magic Item from scratch, select wondrous item and fill in details, save, add a modifier, modifier type = feat, modifier subtype lists a bunch of feats (including grappler, but not including my homebrew feats)
Create a Race (based on Human, but I believe works for subraces and variants as well), Add Racial Trait, enter info and save, add a modifier, modifier type = feat, modifier subtype lists a bunch of feats (including grappler, but not including my homebrew feat)
So when setting a fixed feat as a modifier I get access to all the official feats, but not my homebrew. However, if I select "Choose a feat" as the modifier then when I go to create a character with that option, I get the expected list of Grappler + homebrew feats.
Did I miss something or is this a bug?
