Trying to create a new character, and Loxodon is not showing up. I saw it in the Race list last week and it has disappeared. I cannot figure out how to get it back. I have tried everything. I need help please.

Do you purchase the content? Unless someone is sharing content with you, you cannot access paid content that you have not purchased.
Races that aren't showing up:
1. Minotaur
2. Simic Hybrid
3. Loxodon
4. Centaur
(Yes. I have bought these, and my account's purchases are apparently in sync.)
