When creating a custom action in the character sheet, the "Fixed Value" portion of the damage always adds on top of the stat bonus. If this is intentional, this box should be called "Bonus Damage" instead, but it would be better to let users determine fixed values independent of the stats so that we can define damages like 1d8+2 that does not scale up or change based on any other source.
