I just recently purchased the Legendary Bundle and was excited to go in and start playing with character creation, however when I started going through the character creation I see that none of the subclasses from the content I purchased are available. I am a little concerned that I just spent nearly a thousand dollars on content that I cannot access. Could you help?
The website. I am able to look at all the books, it just doesn't allow me access any of the additional content besides the races in the character creator.
Odd, are you having trouble finding subclasses? Are you able to select, say, the Artificer class (which you would need an Artificer subclass in order to see it at all)? Keep in mind that most classes don't select a subclass at Level 1. Also, if you're wanting access to the Optional Class Features, you need to hit the toggle to enable that in your HOME | Preferences.
What other things are you having trouble finding?

Yes, I am able to see all the classes, I am able to select the class, but when I add the level which lets me select a Subclass, 3 for most, there is either nothing available to select, or I can only select the Critical Roll or SRD subclasses.
In addition upon further review, not only are the subclasses not there, but there are no optional features listed in the optional feature manager tab for any class.
If they are, then... you may want to wait a few hours or a day and check if it works then. I'd suggest submitting a support ticket right away except that they're pretty backlogged, and of other folks who have posted about content access problems within the past few days, a number posted within a few hours to say it suddenly was working.

It says all entitlements are in sync. After following the instructions of all the FAQ articles clearing my browser caches, etc. The content is still not working properly. I submitted a ticket, hopefully I get a response sooner rather than later. Thank you for the trying to assist, I appreciate you
