When I have created a new character using the new 2024 rules, I made a wizard but the spell list is only showing 3 spells as rituals: Identify, Find Familiar, and Leomond's Tiny Hut. And it doesn't give me the option to see the legacy spells, even if I have the Legacy rules checked.
