The blood hunter was updated with a variant rule that allows players to use Wis instead of Int as their hemocraft ability.
I have a standard array Wis-based blood hunter build and was pondering a two level dip into fighter but I'm blocked because I dumped Int (score of 10).
I would expect that when I use the variant rule to make Wis my hemocraft ability score that the requirement for multiclassing would shift to Wis of 13 (instead of Int) as well as either https://9apps.ooo/ Str/Dex of 13, but this isn't the case. And the app won't allow me to multiclass because of the Int limitations.
Is this something that was not updated? I honestly don't see how Int is a relevant ability score for a Wis-based blood hunter. It makes no sense thematically.
It's a fair question about the multiclass requirement. But you can get around that by going to your HOME | Preferences and toggling OFF (left/gray) the Multiclass Requirements under Use Prerequisites.
