Hey, a player I game with multi-classed into blade singer wizard (currently level 6 eldritch knight/ level 2 blade singer wizard). He has 2 second level slots and rules as written can't actually learn any 2nd level spells. Our DM has allowed him to learn 2 second level spells anyway.
Is there a way these can be added to the digital sheet without creating a custom magic item or feat? I am trying to help him get his sheet updated in the campaign on dnd beyond as I'm the most familiar with the toolset, and I know how to add other things (proficiencies, feats) that our DM has granted outside RAW. I just can't find a way to update his spells.

No, you'd have to use homebrew, since as you said, RAW rules don't allow for it.
