The Animal Enhancement trait for the Simic Hybrid race does not have the option to select the level 5 options. It only lets you select the level 1 options instead when it should be all of them in this dropdown.
I'm still trying to recreate this for a homebrew race because I continue to get the same issue.
This issue should have been resolved - can you provide a link to your affected character and the homebrew itself (the homebrew doesn't need to be public for a moderator like myself to view it)? Please bear in mind that the character will need to be at least level 5 and you will need to go back to the Race page in the character builder.
Thank you for the prompt reply GPyromania! I haven’t actually tested a Simic character, I’ve just been studying a copy of the Simic race to try & figure out how to make options. Specifically, choosing from an option list at level 1, & again at level 5 with an additional list, & then again at levels 10 & 15, using the combined 1st & 5th level lists. So far my character, Nimkii the Elt, is level 5 & can choose from the level 5 list ✅, but, can only select a single option, not two 🥺
Any fix for this yet? I created a my own homebrew version of the Simic Hybrid , but I am still only able to make one choice even though my character is level 6.

The field you'll be concerned with when trying to make more than one choice is the Character Levels Where Options Known box:
This isn't automatically filled in when you create a homebrew copy of the Simic Hybrid, but adding the 1,5 like above will allow you to make one choice at level 1, and another at level 5. The extra options that show up at level 5 are a result of those individual options having a level requirement of 5.

Homebrew changes can take up to 15–20 minutes to appear due to caching. If you've just made this change, be patient, as it may appear soon! Occasionally it may also help to test the changed homebrew on a new character, or to increase and then decrease the level of the character with the homebrew, to re-query the character data.

You were correct. The change took almost a day but it did happen.
So I think this might be related, please pardon me if it isn't...
The Animal Enhancement, when you hit level 5, you can change the one you got on level 1 to one of the options you get at level 5. For example you could get Underwater Adaption, then at level 5 you could get Grappling Appendages and can change Underwater Adaption to Carapace. Is this official or a bug? I can't seem to find an answer to it anywhere.
There is nothing in the Animal EnhancementSimic hybrid trait that indicates an ability to swap traits upon level-up. The ability to do so in the character builder is a product of the character builder itself, but the rules clearly state:
You choose one animal enhancement now and a second enhancement at 5th level.
At 1st level, choose one of the following options: …
At 5th level, your body evolves further, developing new characteristics. Choose one of the options you didn’t take at 1st level, or one of the following options: …
It sounds like that is a minor bug with the character builder itself, then. Thank you for the clarification! I'll keep it in mind and fix my character accordingly.

Spotted this earlier today as well. I didn't need anything from the list so I didn't think anything of it, but can confirm.
Thank you, I have passed this along to the team.

I have not gotten any solution yet. I find dndbeyond to have some pretty hard limits when it comes to home-brew rules.

I did this. Didn't help.

Thank you for being awesome Half-wing!
