It looks correct to me. You've got a +7 to hit, which is (STR+PROF+magic weapon bonus = 0+5+2) correct for a strength-based magic melee weapon. Your proficiency bonus doesn't get added to damage. Damage is (weapon damage+STR+magic weapon bonus = 1d4+0+2).
Looks like you're right, I would have sworn that a sickle is finesse. #shrug
I know right? I could have sworn it was a non-throwable dagger until I actually played a druid. Turns out it is just the worst weapon.
Well at least they didn't make it an iconic weapon for classes that usually have higher dex than strength like ranger... Moon sickle is basically just a wand with extra steps.

The Moon Sickle (+1/+2/+3) is not being counted as a proficient weapon for Druids.
