The new toggle that allows you to filter out legacy races on the character builder does not treat the Genasi from the Elemental Evil's Player Companion, nor the Shifter from the Eberron sourcebook as legacy content, meaning they still show up alongside their versions from Monsters of the Multiverse, even when Legacy content is filtered out.
