So one of my players made a patron fiend warlock and when I went to check the sheet I noticed that it's lacking burning hands and command. I made my own character to see if it happened to me and it did. It's not adding in the pact spells. Is there a specific thing I need to do on character creator to add the spells?
Warlocks don't automatically "get" the spells their patron grants them access to, they are just added to the list of spells you can choose from when selecting Warlock spells. You can add the spells via Manage Spells, but since they count as known spells, they compete with your other possible warlock spell choices.

I have the same issue where spells that I have added to my list are not showing on my digital character sheet. I’ve noticed it on other classes too, but it is most prominent on Warlock. Mostly it effects 2nd & 3rd level spells. Racial or Feat spells will display but not general spells. The spells that can be upcast at higher levels show there so it’s not an issue with them being added to the spell list.

Recall that warlocks don't use regular spellcasting, they use pact magic, so your spell slot progression/availability is very different. Your warlock is 8th level so has 2 4th-level spells and that's it. All your lower level spells can only be cast at 4th level, unless they're from another source, like your Magic Initiate-supplied 1st-level casting of Guiding Bolt, or your Invocation that allows you to cast Mage Armor. This looks normal to me.
First of all, welcome to the Warlock. The warlock class works differently from all other spellcasting classes, in that it gets a bare handful of spell slots, but all the slots refresh on a short rest and are at the maximum slot level for the warlock level. That's why you see all your spells, aside from the Guiding Bolt from Magic Initiate and the Mage Armor you gained from an Invocation, being upcast at 4th level.

Okay. It all makes sense now. ;) This is the challenge of jumping into a new class for the first time after your previous character dies just before your campaign goes on hiatus. Thanks for the explanation.

This is also effecting 1st level spells too.
