I'm the DM of a campaign and one of my players shared the PHB content. I can choose from high, wood, and eladrin, but not drow. Is drow included in dnd beyond?

Yes, it is. I would say it is only a cache problem, so maybe refreshing the editor or clearing the cache should do the trick.
