I know that the Encounter Tracker struggles with homebrew monsters and crashes whenever I try to open a non-homebrew stat block after having opened a homebrew stat block; you made it possible to resume the encounter after such a crash with a simple page refresh, and so far, that's generally been enough.
Last night, however, something truly bonkers happened to me. I was running a Tomb of Annihilation encounter featuring a large number of baddies and NPCs along with the PCs. A few of the NPCs are homebrew, and naturally, I had to open their stat blocks, and the Encounter Tracker crashed on me a few times, and I had to refresh. But the third or fourth time I refreshed, suddenly, all the ToA PCs were gone—replaced by the PCs from my Curse of Strahd campaign! These PCs were imported without giving them initiative rolls, so the Encounter Tracker showed them all taking their turns on count 0. To fix the error, I had to edit the encounter to change the associated campaign to something other than Tomb of Annihilation (because for a moment, it kept insisting that my Curse of Strahd PCs were my Tomb of Annihilation PCs), then change it back, then resume.
It crashed a couple more times after that, but at least it didn't switch out the PCs again. Still, that was a pretty spectacular foulup.

Happened to me again, only this time the other way around: My Tomb of Annihilation party got inserted into a Curse of Strahd I'd put on hold!
