My Player cannot connect to Maps

Hi, I have one player out of 6 that is having issues getting onto Maps

During our session 0 we all went to DndBeyond maps everyone got onto the maps and do whatever i needed to do.

I tried taking a picture put it did not work

It seems a wild Disconnection has thrown us off our path!
