I created a folder for my personal inactive characters from my pc. And moved all of my inactive characters there. From my PC the folders work fine. In chrome on my phone the folder does not exist.
There are no character folders. Did you download one of the Chrome Extensions?

Yeah, it looks like that was it. I have Beyond Help installed. I don't remember it ever mentioning it did folders. But they were gone when i disabled it.
So, D&D Beyond staff, can we get folders?
