When i make a race and add a racial trait that gives Twice Proficiency Bonus a character made using that race are not receiving twice proficiency bonus on that skill they only receive the bonus once.
I add it under: Racial Trait > Modifiers > Modifier Type: Twice Proficiency Modifier Subtype: Persuasion
I have tried to change the skill to another skill, its the same problem.
I have tried both creating that character with that skill selected for proficiency and not selected for proficiency its the same problem, the skill in BOTH cases receive only proficiency once.

Try setting it to Expertise, instead of Twice Proficiency.
That works... so for future reference i should not use the Twice Proficiency?
Yes, I'm not sure what Twice Proficiency is intended to do... But it does nothing on my end either. It's odd.
