D&D Beyond app

During pride month I got the “Dice of true color” since they were free and they’re currently the prettiest dice I have digitally, for some reason they don’t work anymore? I have the default dice as well as the dnd beyond dice set that was given out for free and they all work perfectly fine, but whenever I equip the “Dice of true color” they simply won’t roll at all.

I’ve tried deleting them and reinstalling.

I made sure the app was up to date.

I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it altogether.

If anyone can spare some time and throw some ideas my way on how to get them to work I’d appreciate the help, I’m out of ideas

Is dice rolling enabled for the character you are trying to roll with?

Yes it is, all my other dice work perfectly it’s only the true colors one that doesn’t, however when using the site instead of the app they function fine. For some reason the app isn’t allowing me to and I can’t really think of a reason it wouldn’t let me apart from a minor glitch with the app? But dice rolling is definitely enabled, all other dice work apart from true colors 

I’m having the same problem. Have you found any resolution?

So far I haven’t found anything that’s helped the issue, I have gotten some replies on a Reddit post I made explaining the same situation and some other people say they’re having the same problem with these dice. So hopefully someone on the support team can spot this at some point and they’ll do a quick fix
