I know the order was not placed through d&d beyond but am having difficulty finding the right place to reach out for support so figured I’d post it here and see if anyone could help point me in the right direction.
My issue is that I placed a preorder yesterday after the announcement but have not received any confirmation email or the code to claim the content on d&d beyond. The charge has posted to my account and is no longer pending.
Does anyone know how best to seek support for this issue? Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.
Ah I feel like such a fool. Checked spam but forgot about those other folders, can’t find a promotions folder (think I deleted it at some point) but I did find the email in a folder labeled Later.

If you're using gmail, check your promotions folder. Gmail apparently is auto-sorting the confirmation mail into that folder.
Otherwise, check your spam folder.
If that fails, you'll want to submit a support ticket here
