Is there an actual fix for the sign in bug? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here. For 7 years, and no that's not an exaggeration, posts here as far back as 2017 complain of not being able to sign into the marketplace. Four months ago wotc just closed my ticket with resolving anything, The bug was not fixed or addressed at all, that multitudes of people have pointed out and any and all solutions STILL fail. Using a different device (the standard ticket reply) is not acceptable even if it worked, there's zero logic in that being the solution period, what if I'm disabled and use a special pc and quite literally cannot use any other device? Wotc just says "lol rip bozo I guess"?!?!?! because that's how it comes off to say "just use your phone what's the big deal?". Next, a common thing to find is to remove to mobile devices, cool but...HOW?! there's no option to do so, just a neat list to look at and wonder why anyone would tell you to go there, if that would even fix it which it I don't see why it would UNLESS it a site bug, many other site handle it just fine. "So remove the app from that device" I hear you say, ok sure lets dig through the local dump for a 10 year old tablet I threw away five years ago. OK OK, maybe I'm just in my feels, your right why act crazy. Just use another browser, aaannnnnd it still happens. On a fresh install of a browser that's been data wiped and never been seen this machine...it does the exact same thing. you click sign in, the page just refreshes. And when your lucky enough to get the sign in screen, JK that did nothing still, welcome back to marketplaces home page signed out. I know, ill try another way. try to buy the book, force a sign in screen and that wi...did not work...I assume the other button at check out has the same bug because its also just a glorified refresh button disused as a sign in button. This is a straight up bug on the dndbeyond back end they refuse to fix at this point and I have no clue why, but the next dollar I spend on dndbeyond will be using this same browser or not at all at this point. I have plenty of books if they make it hard to buy more than I don't have to.
