Was playing around with a variant human, and noticed that when I added the 'Tough' Feat, the characters HP did not go up; removed it, then added it from the Class page, and the HP went up as expected, leaving me to guess the issue was with the Race page and not the Feat itself, but that is just my best guess
I just tested it. It seems to work fine, taking a level 1 monk from 9hp to 11hp. Do you have a hp override on the character at the moment? Can you link to your character so we can see if we can identify the issue from your page?
I do have a habit of not closing my Web browser or restarting my tablet for days at a time, so did both, and now I see the extra HP from the feat... I should have thought of that, it's not the first time that bad habit has bitten me
