So I was fiddling around with making some character concepts using Tasha's, and i decided to make a ground and pound MMA fighter as a character. I chose the Long Death monk for part of it, and on the front screen you get this under Quickened Healing:
As an action, you can spend 2 ki points to regain [scalevalue - No level scale data available]+6 hit points
