I am running through a level 20 build of a Druid, Circle of the Shepard subclass. I am selecting for my level 12 ASI, a feat - Ritual Caster (Druid).
Upon selecting spells from the first two drop down selectors, the third drop down selector gives you access to multiple other spells. There is no limit to your selections and the selector box remains in place saying "Choose a Spell".
This is because Ritual Caster lets you continue to add ritual spells to your book as you find them (see the second bullet point). At level 20, it's likely you have more than the original two, depending on what level you got it as. Check with your DM about how many would be appropriate for you to have.

This is a feature, not a bug (don't worry, you aren't the first person to report it and you won't be the last).
