Warlock Expanded Spell Lists are different from Domain Spell Lists in that they are not automatically prepared all the time. They are simply added to the list of options, and you still have to choose them as a known spell to use them.

Trying to build a hexblade warlock but the Hexblade Expanded Spells are not showing up in the known spells list and character sheet.
