Wand of the War Mage +3 and Inflict Wounds

Spell attack Bonus is not being applied to Inflict Wounds. I think this is a bug as it is applied to Shocking Grasp.

I see what the issue is. The "Inflict Wounds" spell is coming from the special class feature of that subclass. There is a known issue with this item interacting with those features, and it is on the list. 

This bug is still present in January 2026.
