So I purchased the Digital/Print Bundle for the upcoming Dragonlance book. I went ahead and redeemed the code and when I look at my Account.Marketplace it shows there as being redeemed. However when I go to the Marketplace.Store unlike all my other products it does not show that I own or preordered the digital copy so it still shows when I have the list filtered to products that I do not own.
I had the same issues and contacted customer service. I was told the following:
The code you used to redeem the Physical+Digital bundle is a separate product as it has a special advance release prior to the general Dec 6th. As such, the option you see in the D&D Beyond marketplace won't show as purchased because it is the Dec 6th release.
When you look at your Account page for the Marketplace, you will see the Physical+Digital bundle redemption you have made.
I bought the deluxe edition and was quite confused when it told me the activation code I received had already been redeemed. I opened a ticket hoping for answers and was basically told what Jerriko said. I checked my account page under marketplace and I do see Shadow of the Dragon Queen under there with "Product Key*" under "Grant Type" so I'm hoping that means I'll get the digital copy, but it seems odd that I would get a "this code has already been redeemed and cannot be used" when I literally just got the code.
I was worried about this as well, so I had an email conversation with Customer Support about it. They said that it's fine, the digital version will appear in my library when it releases in November. The reason it still shows up as not purchased in the store is because the store page is for the full December 6 release.

I bought it like a week ago and am just now realizing that I need to reedeem that if it works, but I don't know where to find that anymore. Do you know how I would find it?

For those who collect both physical and digital, do we no longer get any legendary bundle perks for book purchases?
Legendary bundle discounts only apply to digital purchases made through the D&D Beyond marketplace. They don't apply to codes from physical bundles

The real question is will physical bundles qualify for whatever the digital preorder items end up being....

You should have an order confirmation email from Wizards, which should have a link to follow to redeem the code.
