I don't understand what's going on, I was able to by the Hero subscription but every time I try to buy anything else I keep getting "Gateway Rejected: avs-GATEWAY_REJECTED". I'm using a discover debit card in case that helps. I'd love to use the character builder but I just need to get over the paywalls first.
