Can a Mod please help me I have the Hero tier subscription and want to upgrade it to Master. I tried to cancel the Hero one and buy the Master no money has been taken and I don't have Master tier what I want to know is if it just didn't go through properly or if I can't upgrade until the end of my current subscription
Even if you do purchase a master tier sub, your subscription won’t get upgraded, you would just have two subscriptions at the same time. In order to have the remainder of hero tier sub refunded to you, you would need to contact customer support anyway.
But be patient and don’t submit multiple tickets. They are a little backed up at the moment and multiple tickets just make it worse.

Goto "Submit a request" at the top.
Explain your situation, then under "What can we do to help?" in the drop down select "Subscription Help." then "Upgrade Subscription"
