My pre-order of the Shadow of the Dragon Queen is not showing up, i bought the physical bundle and used the key and it doesn't show up as me owning it, is this a glitch?

The product key that comes with the physical bundle is for a different digital entitlement to the one found in the D&D Beyond marketplace. The code you have redeemed is for the entitlement that unlocks 2 weeks early. As such, it will not show up as owned in the marketplace, which is the entitlement for the version that unlocks at the normal date.

So then am I getting it right that 2 weeks in advance it will show up as owned in the digital library?

 If you redeemed the digital code that comes with the bundle, yep.
