Hi, I'm new to the site and I'm using the character builder for my level 3 Tempest Cleric.
But the only option is the Life Domain. Is this a bug or a feature? Do i need to purchase the books online before I can actually use the character creator? I'm sure this has been answered before, if so, but I couldn't find a thread about it.
Variations of the following get posted by the mods for this type of question.
Life is the only Cleric domain that is in the D&D 5th edition SRD - any other domains will need to be unlocked from the marketplace before you can use them on D&D Beyond.

D&D Beyond can be used for free and contains information from the following "free to use" sources published by Wizards of the Coast: D&D 5th edition SRD, D&D 5th edition Basic Rules, and Elemental Evil Companion.
Content from other sources, such as the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, or Monster Manual, will need to be purchased from the Marketplace or accessed via another user sharing content with you via their Master Tier Subscription.
