hi everyone, I recently picked up all the subclassing options from Tasha's manual, where the additional options are described. In this case I wanted to select the options for Ranger, but when I'm in the character creator I only get the same option from the player's manual that I already have.
To be more exact, I want to use Tasha's Beastmaster variants, but the creator only shows me the ones from the player's manual. Is there no way to access that content? I'm supposed to already have those options but they don't come out.

The optional class features aren't subclasses, they can't be purchased separately. You have to buy the whole of Tasha's to get access to them.

First make sure you have optional class features turned on in character preferences, then go to the class and use the optional feature manager to enable whatever options you want to use.

For primal companion specifically, it doesn't have a stat block which is a little frustrating, but it's HP is tracked in the features list.

But in the marketplace marks that options like "alreadyowned" and i cant use it in the character Builder. 

You said you bought the subclass pack. If it's saying you already own the subclass pack, then as I said, that won't do you any good for what you want. If it says you already own the entire book, then double check your purchase history and make sure you didn't buy the compendium version, which is basically read-only and doesn't interact with the character builder. The optional features Tasha's brings for Beastmaster are only available if you buy the whole of Tasha's. Don't click into Tasha's and look for a subsection to buy, it won't help with what you want. Once you're sure you've bought the whole of Tasha's, follow the directions DxJxC's provided.

Yeah, I wasn't able to find mention of it in the TCoE support thread, but I did find a tweet saying you had to buy the whole book to get access to these optional character building rules.
