At level 7 a Purple Dragon Knight Fighter gains the Royal Envoy feature. This grants them proficiency in Persuasion if they are not proficient or in Animal Handling, Insight, Intimidation or Performance if they are already proficient in Persuasion. Furthermore, your proficiency bonus is doubled for Persuasion.
I have created a (very barebones) Dragonborn Fighter without proficiency in Persuasion. When I level up to 7th the Royal Envoy feature appears but includes a drop-down menu listing Animal Handling, Insight, Intimidation or Performance, allowing me to select from these skills when I shouldn't be able to.
On the character sheet Persuasion is marked with the Expertise icon and correct modifier but under Proficiencies box in Features, Persuasion is not listed when it should be. If I do select a skill from the drop-down (which I shouldn't be able to), this becomes marked on the sheet as proficient and listed in the Proficiencies box.
To summarise, unless the character already has proficiency in Persuasion the drop-down list of skills should not appear and Persuasion should appear in the Proficiencies box of the Features section.
