So is anyone else having trouble with their membership? My Master Tier renewed last month on the 27th but despite being charged I am stuck with only benefits of a Free membership, with none of my player's being able to access the content I share with them, nor I any of my own characters since I'm above the 6 character limit. I submitted a support ticket almost six hours ago, but so far I've heard nothing back. 

And as soon as I posted this suddenly it started working. I did absolutely nothing. It's odd.
