self explanatory

Me too: cannot access any character sheet on iPad or iPhone app. From their browser, I can, but not through the dedicated app. 
It says “we could not load your character”…

I’m having the same issue on my iPhone, I deleted the app and tried the ol’ unplug and plug it back in truck but that didn’t work and now I don’t know what to do. I can access my characters on my laptop but not on my phone

Also having this same issues. All characters will load through browser. But none load via iPhone or iPad app

Browser, no problem. App, no go. I’m not using a vpn or browser extension, this is solely through the app. Won’t load Wi-Fi or phone data. 

I'm having the same problem on the android app myself sadly....

On the PC via web browser, I'm able to access all of my characters just fine... but with the Android app, I'm getting this error screen:

This is a real problem when I need to be able to access my characters while I'm away from home for a gaming session, and rely on being able to do so via my cell phone (since lugging around my desktop PC setup is not a viable option!)

I have the app on two different iPads. On one it works fine, the other gives me a We Could Not Load Your Character message. But that’s only when I’m connected to the Wi-Fi. When I turn it off, I can get at all the characters on my device.

Seems to be a recent thing. Weird
