The customer support is absolutely atrocious. My characters won't load for ten days, and D&D Beyond has done f*** all. This is infuriating.

Hello, I see you are having trouble loading characters? I am as well and was hoping to find help.

Pardon me for asking but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to send a help ticket, how exactly do I do that?
