So I had multiple characters rolling death saves in an encounter. They were revived during the encounter and updated their Character sheets accordingly, but the Dnd Beyond Combat Tracker did not register this. Since then (4 combat encounters) the characters still look like they are rolling death saves in the Combat Tracker. The text underneath the Character Names just say "Loading Character...". Any ideas as to how I would fix this issue?

I sometimes have to refresh and delete and remake it is so hard to get rid of
