In the Spelljammer issues and support thread, I reported that purchasing the compendium content did not unlock the races in the character creator, even for me. It also doesn't work for my players. As far as I can tell, I haven't gotten any response from D&D Beyond support staff. Therefore, I no longer want you to fix the bug only, but also refund my purchase of the compendium content. I also request that D&D Beyond staff content me on my personal email, since my account is linked with Google, you ought to be able to find that and email me.
The details are as follows - a friend and fellow DM, John Bagnoli, has the content, and has shared it. It works in his campaigns. I have purchased the compendium content, it doesn't work in the character creator either inside a campaign or outside. I have already synced my entitlements and reloaded my browser.
When you write "compendium content," you mean you were buying the Spelljammer Compendium content for $29.99? As opposed to the full Spelljammer product at $49.99? This isn't a bug. Compendium content purchases mean you only can read the text and view the art. None of the product is integrated into your toolset, so wouldn't be shared with your campaign. If you want the character options, you need to either buy the full product or the piecemeal items (races, monsters, etc) to have them workable in the character maker or encounter builder.
Compendium content on DDB has only "unlocked" the ability to read the material like a book. It's always been like that.

That certainly explains the issue, but I'd still like to get a refund. Since my son already has the books, I can read the content all I want, and having the compendium content alone is not worth $29.99 to me.
Gotcha, so I don't know how D&D Beyond handles refunds, but I do know the place to do that is over at its actual support site. This is the community forums, that is noticed by customer service arguably, but to have something actually handled by a staff person on the money exchanging side of the house, the actual customer service portal is the way to go. Totally imagine its frustrating but in its current iteration, DDB doesn't integrate formal customer service with the marketplace and the community forum:
