So I submitted a ticket about a problem with my subscription billing two weeks ago.
I got the Mail that confirmed my request and gave me the link to the request number.
However, I am unable to actually view that ticket because it always directs me to the Wizard of the Coasts Website and asks for a login. I do not have a Wizards of the Coasts login though. I only have the dndbeyond account through which I submitted the ticket!
So now not only do I have the same problem with my billing but also no idea if it has been responded to yet or not.
PLEASE help me get in touch in some way to sort this out!
