I got a digital code for the PHB as a gift however, I already have it in my account.

I was under the impression that when I use a code for something I already have, I would be granted "Previously Purchased Content Credit"

When I enter the code, it just tells me that I already own this content and provides a link for me to click and view the PHB.

I have no credit on my account.

I'm confused and disappointed.

Would someone please be so kind as to help me understand what I'm doing wrong?
